Carmella Parker has been licensed to practice law in the State of Louisiana for over nineteen years. She practices in the area of insurance defense. She also enjoys intellectual property law, public financing, administrative law, and fintech law.She is also a tenured Associate Professor at a regional university. She can teach a range of classes Cyber Business Law, Business Law II, International Business, International Comparative Management, and Special Topics Courses on Entrepreneurship and Fintech Law and Policy. Prior to working at the university, she had the distinct opportunity to work as Field Counsel for a prestigious Fortune 100 Company. This position was simply a natural outgrowth of working as an Assistant Attorney General assigned to the Risk Litigation Division for the Louisiana Department of Justice in New Orleans, and then Baton Rouge over a time period that spanned three attorneys general. She was also selected to be a member of the Youth Development Panel, a sub-group of the Crime and Public Safety Advisory Council, which was one of nine cross-political transition advisory councils for Louisiana’s then Governor-Elect Bobby Jindal. She also is a past member of the Military Law Committee for the Louisiana State Bar.

Ms. Parker has a B.S. in Business Administration, a Minor in Liberal Arts, and an Equivalent to a Minor in Latin from Louisiana Scholars’ College at Northwestern State University. She earned her Juris Doctor as well as a Certificate of International Studies from Loyola College of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana. In addition, she obtained her Master of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans She was also a 2020 judicial candidate for Natchitoches City Court and is Of Counsel for an additional law firm. Additionally, she is a notary. She previously worked as an intern for Walt Disney World and for the President’s Committee on the Arts and Humanities in Washington, D.C

Gregory McGhee is a native of Saint Louis, Missouri.  Mr. McGhee received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Lindenwood University (Saint Charles, Missouri); his Juris Doctor Degree from Tulane University School of Law (New Orleans, Louisiana); and his Master’s Degree in Public Affairs from the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas (Austin, Texas).  Mr. McGhee has extensive legal experience in both the public and private sectors.

Mr. McGhee is a member of the Texas Apartment Association, Apartment Association of Greater Dallas, Dallas Bar Association, and the J.L. Turner Legal Association.  Mr. McGhee resides in Frisco, Texas with his wife (Chanda) and three sons (Tyler, Ryan and Ethan).  Mr. McGhee is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
